Many years have passed since this post but I'll provide some info anyway -- perhaps it may help. Not sure where this info actually came from but the book appears to be a DAR publication (from an unknown publication date)

Children: Abraham, Elias, Reason, Polly, Henry, Dorcas, Basil, Nathaniel. D. Athens Co, O. Order for a marker has been sent to the government by the Nabby Lee Ames chapter of the DAR 1925.
