My stepgrandfather was Pearlie H. (I knew him as "Phil") Gadd, b. 18 Feb 1897 in WV, d. 21 Jul 1975 in San Pablo, Contra Costa County, CA. I've recently been organizing & scanning old photos from my late grandmother Irene Elizabeth Bridges Smelser Gadd's hoard, and have found some pix that are either definitely or probably Gadd family members. Pearlie had at least two children from another marriage: Virginia and a boy whose name I do not remember (am looking for records).
