For many years I have been trying to determine who William's parents were? I would appreciate any, and I mean anything that might help. I have a copy of a birth certificate for a William born NOV/1849 & passed 19/FEB/1916. It states the father's name is "TOM". I have had much more luck with my "Coffey" lines. My Gr-grandfather was "Ulyssess S. Gaddis"
