My great grandparents were James Gallagher and Bridget McManus. They were both born in Ireland, but I've yet to determine where. They had at least 2 children (I have a possible 3rd, but his parents were not listed on the death certificate). Their children were James GallagherIRL>NYC(b. 1875, d. 1942) m. Annie Murphy ARMAGH,N IRL> NYC(b. 1885, d. 1924); Mary Gallagher (never married) IRL> MA(b. abt 1870, d. 1931); and a possible third child, Pete Gallagher IRL> ?>IL (b. abt 1866, d. 1901).

James and Annie had 2 kids: James Joseph (b. 1907 in NYC, d. 1976 in FL) m. Catherine Lynn (b. 1920 in NYC, d. 1990 in FL); and Alice Gallagher (b. 1909 in NYC, d. abt 1961 in NY) m. ??, a senator/ divorced within months. Alice then married Willie Killup.

James and Catherine had 4 kids: James Gallagher (b. 1955 in NY) m. Cindy Alvarez; Anne Gallagher (b. 1957) m. Tim Alper; Maureen Gallagher (b. 1959) m. Mark Legac; and Patricia Gallagher (b. 1960) m. Chris De Treville.

I ame trying to locate the birth place in Ireland for these Gallaghers. Also, I would like to connect Pete to this family (I have his cemetery deed). I would like to know if there are any other Gallaghers from this line out there.
