L'an de grace 1668, le 24o d'Avril en la paroisse des Trois Rivieres, moy Francois Dollier, prestre faisant les fonctions curiales en ce lieu, J'ay supplee les ceremonies des baptime et ay baptize sous conditions un enfant male nomme Michel age de huit ans, ne a l'Acadie dont le pere dit - on etait francais et la mere sauvage eskimaudem, lequel enfant a eu pour parrain, Monsieur de la Poterie et pour marraine Madmoiselle de la Valliere.

The year of grace 1668, 24th of April in the parish of Trois Rivieres, Dollier Francois, the priest performing curial functions in this place, I provided the ceremonies of baptism conditionally baptized a male child named Michael eight years old, born in Acadia whose father said - he was French and the mother ["sauvage eskimaudem" or] wild Eskimo, which child has had for godfather, Monsieur de la Poterie and for godmother Madmoiselle de la Valliere.
