I am looking for any information on Don Jose Maria Rincon Gallardo and his ranch(es) in Jalisco, Mexico. The specific ranch I'm interested in was called "La Troja" or "La Troje".

My great-grandfather, Cecilio Baiz, was appearently born there on the ranch, his father was a ranch hand or something.

I would like to know about the ranch, hacienda, and how it all worked. Specifically if my great-great grandfather came from Spain with Don Jose, (I was told that's where Don Jose was from?).
