I am trying to find information on a Julia Gallion who married a William Howard Hendrick (or Hendricks). Burial record states that she was from Louisiana. She and William had a child born in Feb of 1871 in Natchitoches, LA. We cannot find her on any census and can't find much about her at all. Based on your comments here about the French Gallienes/Gallions, it would be fair to presume her family was in Natchitoches, also, correct? In reality, it isn't Julia I'm hunting for so much as William but info on her certainly might lead me to info on him.
