Surnames: GALLUP, LOZIER, SANDFORD
In the Rensselaer Marriage Index (Vol. 3, pg. 197) a Henry G. GALLUP married a Delia L. SANDFORD on 31 Dec 1918.
Henry and Delia are enumerated in the 1920 U.S. Census in New Scotland, Albany Co. NY. Henry is 81; Delia is 68.
I am particularly interested in this Delia as she may be the widow of Theodore S. SANDFORD, my great-grandfather's brother. Delia LOZIER and Theodore were married in Newburgh, Orange Co. NY, 14 Jun 1871. Delia left Theodore around 1888-89 and later moved to the Albany-Rensselaer area with their son, Benjamin L. SANDFORD. Delia usually spelled her married name SANFORD.
If anyone is researching this GALLUP line and perhaps knows something about Delia and when she died and is buried, I would appreciate hearing from you.--Sandy Brown
