I am looking for any information regarding Matilda Galpin who was a full-blooded Sioux, and was one of the signers of the 1882 Standing Rock Treaty. I believe she was the wife of the Galpin (first name unknown) who was the suttler at Ft. Lincoln, then under the command of George C.Custer in 1876.
