My family is from pincher creek, alberta and would like as much information as possible. my great aunt has done some research but hasnt gotten very far, she was able to get as far back as the 1700s and would like to go back farther. my great granmother was mary georgina gamache, born in canada on june 22, 1902. she married on her 18th birthday in 1920 and passed away january 12, 2000. please, any information would be very very helpful. for anybody also looking, there is a book called prairie grass to mountain pass, and there is a section in there about my grandma and uncle gus hearing the sounds of the train and taking off to parts unknown. if you know how to get a copy of this book or information from it, please contact me at Sara_Sheetz@msn.com
