Looking for information on Capt. Henry Gamble or possibly Gambles. I don't know much about him except:

He was captain of the ship Royal Bounty from 1810 to 1812. The Royal Bounty generally hailed from Leith Scotland but was registered in London.

He was captain of the ship Lady Sherebrooke which wrecked off the coast of Newfoundland in 1831. He was found responsible and hung (close to 300 people died).

I'm looking for date of birth, marriage, children, military service, etc. I'm not related but I had an ancestor on the Royal Bounty and I'd like more information on the Capt to flesh out the story of the voyage.
