This is in response to Edgar Gamboa from San Diego. The information you provided will serve as a lead in locating the origin of my roots. I understand that the Gamboa family name came from R.P. My grandfather's name is Lorenzo Perez Gamboa, part Filipino/Spanish (I suspect). Please keep "us" posted regarding your search.
