2. Fred’s parents were David Gamelin and Adelaide “Elide” Cartier. David was born July 28 1831 in St. François du Lac and died November 9, 1908 in Bristol, Newport Co., RI. David married Elide Cartier on January 14, 1851 at St. François du Lac. Elide Cartier was born November 20, 1833 at St. Michel, Yamaska Co., QUEBEC, CANADA. She died March 18, 1902 at Fall River, Bristol Co., MA.

David Gamelin and Elide Cartier are my gr. grand parents.
They are buried at Notre Dame Cemetery in Fall Fiver, Ma.

The grave has many others there, i will check for you, if you like.

Their daughter Hermina Gamelin, married Henri Stuart and lived in Fall River where Henri Died young, Henry is in the Lot at Notre Dame Cemetery in Fall Fiver, Ma.

Their daughter Delia T. Stuart, my grandmother was born 1892 in Fall River. She died in 1974 in Fall River, Ma. but is buried at St. Hedwig's Cemetery in Manchester new hampshire, where Her mother is also buried.

They also had Delia and Clavina, who changed her name to Alice.

Delia married 1st John W. Gifford, my grandfather on July 31, 1911. They had Gilbert, Allen, Margaret (my mother), Madeline and Mary Eileen.
