Curt, I can help you regarding Winters and Voight Gandy and their whole family.

What is your connection to them...are we cousins???

My grandmother Eunice Lavinia Gandy was their sister. In fact Eunice had a son and named him Voight too! There were other brothers and sisters too. Walter, James Allen, Rachel, Hazel (Hazel is still living, although in a nursing home)and some 1/2 siblings too..also Gandys from the same line.
I have a photo or two of Winters Gandy. His and Voight's parents were Jaynes Irvin Gandy and Eleanor (Nellie) Winters.
Winters and Voight's parents were connected to the Gandy and Winters families of Darlington County SC and some of that same family lives on the original Gandy lands there. Jaynes's father was Abel Gandy of Darlington County, SC, his father was Booka Gandy and his father is possibly Brinkley Gandy who came to SC from Nash County NC.
