I hope your family tree is going well.

I have a K. Peter Gant in my family tree. He was married to Susan Smith and later to Martha Hutto.

K.P. Gant's parents were John Wesley Gant and Mary E. Simpson. My 3rd great grandfather, James Franklin Gant, was John Wesley's brother.

The Gant family settled in Walker County, Alabama shortly before John Wesley Gant was born in 1846. John Wesley Gant's parents were John Gant and Matilda Knight.
