Thanks for the reply...My Mother Giovanna Ganz age 9.5 (her mother Maria Zando Ganz), Came to America (Detroit) on The Pesaro on March 23 1920, just two months before her Uncle Abe landed in America...she wrote that she came with the Zando clan heading for W.Va.but at de-barking they were separated and that they could not talk to each other because they were on the dock...they had to send messages to each other using a rope....
My son Gregg age 50, met a young man in his law class years ago that was from W.V., I thought his name was Nolan...does that ring a bell?
