Sorry I didn't respond to you info you sent, I was on a 3 week vacation shortly after I wrote my query at the Ganz site, we just returned today...I will answer your email soon, but it looks like we might be related....My Father's surname , and mine is Cecchini, Eugene,,,I am middle named for my grandfather Joseph...my Father was born in Gabbice Monte, Pesaro (like the ship).he jumped ship while in the
Italian Merchant Marines in 1926 and migrated from Baltimore to Detroit where he met my Mother...he worked at Ford Motor Co where my Grandfather was a mason and where all his sons worked.I live in California, coming here with my parents in 1945, and I am 74 years old....
