I am part of the West Virginia-Zando connection. My mother is Geneva Zando Fiery. Her father was Robert Zando, a stone mason in Falcade. His wife was Catherine Zando, there were several Catherine's in this family, and her maiden name was Zando also.

My grandfather and his two brothers, Joe and Pete all migrated to West Virginia.
