Well, if my facts are correct, your father and I are third cousins, and that would make you and I third cousins - once removed. Caserio and my father ( Egidio ) were second cousins. Your great-grandfather ( Romano )and my grandfather ( Albino ) were first cousins. Your great-great-grandfather ( Luigi ) and my great-grandfather ( Giovanni ) were brothers. Their father's name was Mateo.
