Greetings! My last name is Garns however, I have found a link between Garns and Garnes. My great Grandfather's brother, William Garnes, was from Waynesboro, PA back in the 1800's. He was an evangelist and changed his name from Garns to Garnes. The "e' was for Evangelist. I have tons more info but would like to know about you.
