Settino or Settimo Garofalo came from Sicily early 1900's. His wife Rosaria Surdi joined him in NY with their daughter Vita , according to Ellis Island records. They lived in Brooklyn in the early 1900's. A daughter Antonina came with Settimo but it appears she was not allowed and returned to Sicily. I am hoping to find relatives of Settimo and Rosaria ( nee Surdi) Garofalo. Rosaria was sister to my great grandfather Vincenzo Surdi who was married to Anna Tartamella, both from Sicily. Does anyone have a Settimo, Rose, Vita, or Antonina Garofalo/ Galofaro in their family tree?
