We are looking for Carmelo Garofolo, or Theresa Annette Garofolo who was his wife in the year 1978. He has lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Also had a brother-in-law in Colorado whose surname is Beasley. We bought a piece of land from Mr. Garofolo in 1978, and have just discovered we have no record of Deed to the property. The sale/purchase was handled by Minnesota Title Company who says we must find Mr. Garofolo in order to have the property recorded in the Navajo County, Arizona Government Center.
