Anyone have information and linkages to a John Garr born (per census) 1880, lived in Spokane, Washington. At the time he lived there, which was 1930, his wife was named Anita, (I presume maiden name of McKellar), and census shows her as age 29 with him as age 50. The mother in law named Elizabeth McKellar is apparently the mother of Anita and this is part of what I am trying to confirm.
