Hopefully Charles Garr, which answered on this thread could help get it cleaned up, by acting as the family representative. I tried contracting everyone I could think of, but living in Alabama puts limits on what I can do. if Charles would act as a family rep, then maybe get a local boy Scout troop to clean it up as a Community service, get in touch with University of Kentucky, College of design, Restoration preservation department,and ask that take on restoring the head stones. This is what they did in New Orleans, as a hands on restoration for the students. I wrote them, but no answer, so maybe a phone call would work. all they can say is no.
