PETITION FOR PARTITION.

In the matter of partition of the real estate of John Garinger, late of Hanover, Luzerne County, deceased. We the undersigned, widow, heirs and guardians of the heirs of said John Garinger, deceased, hereby agree and consent, that the judges of said Orphan's Court shall appoin the following named persons to wit; Samuel Jameson, Henry Lines, Peter Mill, Samuel Pell, George P. Steel, Robert Robbins, John E. Quinan, to apprise said real estate and divide the same, if they think proper, according to the laws of this commonwealth in such case made and provided. Witness our Hands the 13 Dec'r 1838
