Surnames: Gaskins, Walker, Dion, Benz, Collins
I am looking for information on the following family members:
Charlie Elmer GASKINS (mother's maiden: DION), He was
born July 29, 1901 (I believe in Texas); died November 26, 2982, Riverside, Riverside, CA
He married Letha WALKER (mother's maiden: COLLINS). She was born July 20, 1908, Arkansas; died April 29, 1980, in Riverside, Riverside, CA.
Their son, Charlie Lynn GASKINS, was my grandfather. He was born June 14, 1921, in Forestburg, TX. Enlisted in the USMC in Oklahoma during WWII. He died on September 29, 1973, in Sun Valley (Sparks), Washoe, NV.
Another son, Otis E. GASKINS, was born February 28, 1934; died December 6, 1998, in Riverside, Riverside, CA.
They also had a daughter named Joy May and her married name was BENZ. I think there was another daughter, but do not remember her name.
I would appreciate any information on this family as I am stalled at the moment.
