my granddad was george gater born 25 july 1902 in stoke on trent. he had lots of brothers and sisters from a albert gater 1892/3,william,sarah,daniel,harry and meny more. his father was daniel gater born 1870 til 1962 and was from miles green audley he was married to a harriet. from the 1881 eng census his father was william born 1844 from bollary(think that this was a census error as i can not find the place)staffordshire. he was married to a eleen born 1832 their other children was roseina gater, george gater and minnie gater, if these are any connection to any persons gaters i would be greatful for any futher leads.
