From Spartanburg Herald & Heard Journal; 9/26/1997 - Spartanburg, South Carolina ----- Mary Frances Gathright, 54, of 20-B Idle Wood Court, Died Sept. 24, 1997; in Spaartanburg Regional Medical Center. A native of Jackson Parish, La., daughter of the late Alfred and Geniva West Ledford. She was a member of Nabortan Baptist Church and a homemaker. Survivors include her husband Cleveland Gathright; a daughter Theresa Hoing of Plano, Texas; three sons, Rodney Gathright of Spartanburg, Michael Todd LeLoch of Sherman, Texas and Johnny DeLoch of Minden, Louisiana; three sisters, Judy Foster of Stonewall, La., Jessie Axton of Clay, La., Wanda Tate of Ruston, La.; six brothers, Bill Ledford of Clay, La., Jim Ledford of Simsboro, La., Danny Ledford of Keithville, La., Jackie Ledford of Stonewall, La., Bobby Ledford of Simsboro, La., and Jerry Ledford of Simsboro, La., and 10 grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston, Louisiana. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Wesley Chapel Cemetery, conducted by the Rev. Bill Kinman. Eggers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
