While at the library copying obits for someone, I managed to get a copy of the following obit. I'm not related to this person, but I thought I would post it in case it is helpful to someone.

Mrs. Evelyn Gaudette
....dies in Calif.
GARDEN GROVE, Calif. - Mrs. Evelyn (Gendreau) Gaudette, 62, a native of Lowell, Mass., died here yesterday where she made her home with her son, Gerald. Mrs. Gaudette had made her home in Lowell for 60 years until she moved to California two years ago. She is survived by two sons, Gerald Gaudette of this city and Paul Gaudette, stationed at the Williams Air Force Base in Arizona; three daughters, Mrs. Jeanne Roy of California, Mrs. Lorraine Carignan and Mrs. Diane Duhamel, both of Lowell; three sisters, Mrs. Blanche Sheehan, Mrs. Cecillia Marchand and Mrs. Mabel Dumont, all of Lowell; five brothers, Frank Gendreau of Pomono, Calif.; William Gendreau of San Fernando Valley, Calif.; Leo Gendreau and Raymond Gendreau, both of Lowell; and Clarence Gendreau of Methuen, Mass.; and nine grandchildren.
Services and burial will be in California Monday.
