Charles Sumner Gay (1835-abt 1820) was my great-great grandfather. He lived mostly in Massachusetts, but his son, my great-grandfather, Edward Henry Gay, was born near Chateaugay, New York. Charles may have connections to Gay City, Connecticut, as it was founded by the Gay and Sumner families. His wife was Martha J., and that's about all I know. Please help me!
