Gay Neill who was daughter of William and Chloe. William had 3 siblings. Mariettra Orwell in April 20 1851 and died Sept 19.1917 in Fulton NY. Julia born in Orwell June 13,1856 and died in Orwell Feb 8.1941. John 1859 in Orwell and died August 1881 Bear Lake Herkimer County. Chloe died May 13,1830 Hope this helps.
