I am the grandson of John Geesey of Allentown, Pa. and Lila McGinnis-Geesey. I recently came across some work done in the 1950s on the Geesey family and would like to know more. John and Lila had three sons, John, Harold, and Tim, and one daughter, Lila, who was my mother. The only surviving offspring of John is Harold (Hal) who now lives in Prescott, Arizona. John (Sr.) died in 1956 followed shortly thereafter by his son John. Tim (for whom I am named), moved to California in the 1940s along with Harold and lived until about 1983. Lila died in 1994. Harold and Tim both had children.
I will be happy to supply the information I have (much more detail than above) to any family member who wants it. I would also like to learn more about the family since My grandparents died early in my lifetime and my parents moved to Florida about the same time, effectively taking us out of the "loop".
