Valuable Land at Public Sale
Under a deed of trust, executed by James Gess, dec'd. to the undersigned, bearing date the twenty second day of November 1834, I will proceed as trustee theren named, to offer at public sale to the highest bidder for ready money, on Wednesday the 31st day of August next, on the premises hereinafter mentioned, all the right title and interest which the said James Gess deceased had in and to the following land, as described in the deed of trust aforesaid, at the time the same was executed, viz: the West hald of the South west quarter of section number twenty-two of township number fifty, south of the Missouri River, of Range number twenty-eight, containing eighty acres.
Being the residence of the late James Gess dec'd lying ten miles West of this place and directly on the main road leading to Independence.
