Don't know if there is a link here but interested in finding out. My Wife's family age Giannetta's from Trevico Italy. Interestingly Her GGGrandfather Pasquale Giannetta b 1860 married a Carmella (Carmina) Regille (Rigillo) b 1864. The close match of the spouses names are what caught my eye. Pasquale immigrated around 1891 and Carmella immigrated in 1898. They had three children Michael, Madeleine and Vito.
