I am seeking any information concerning my grandfather William born Gugliermo Giannini.
He was born in 1872-4 in the small hill town Fondagnio located in Lucca, Italy. He married my grandmother Carmina Morelli, who was from the same village, in the early 1900's and emigrated to Pawtucket RI. Anumber of other families emigrated from the same village including the Santini's, of the seven Santini Brothers moving Compay on New York, Bacchini's, Bertozzi's, Manolini's. If any one has any information on my family, or the area from which they came it would be much appreciated.
