marrriage of Hugh Giffen and Janet Bigger on 31 Dec 1786.
They had a large family there. Their children were the following:

b.1789 9-Margaret Anne b.1801 10-Hugh Giffen b.1803 and 11=
Hugh (again) b.1894 12-Isabella Fulton Giffen she married
Thomas George McKinney . They were the parents of the very
famous William Fee McKinney of Sentry Hill, Carnmoney, NI.
b.1806 13-Agnes b.1808 and 14-John Giffen b.1810. The children intermarried into some of these families:1-Fee, Rodgers,Russell,Ervin,Johnson,Hughes,McKinney,McMordie, This
entire family was prominent in various ways and was very
close to their other relatives who many were featured in
the two famous books about William Fee McKinney of Sentry
Hill and the other book Sentry Hill: an Ulster family.
