Samuel GILBERT of Lee County, Virginia
I recently took a trip to Lee Co. VA where I did some research. Samuel Gilbert was an early settler of the area but was not born there. Does anyone have any positive proof of the parents of Samuel Gilbert and also where he was from in VA? Samuel was born in 1761 in Virginia. He had Nathaniel, Benjamin, James, William, Thomas, John, and Mary. Thank you.
