I'm trying to trace my ancestors on my fathers side.
My father's name is Bobby Gillispie also known as Robert.

His father/my grandfather was Henry Clay Gillispie born 3-14-1887 died 3-3-1967. He served in World war 1 PVT. Col. 17 Infantry. He married Maude Alice Roe (I would also love information on my grandmother too) She was born in 1907 and died 1970. They lived in Wolfe County Kentucky then moved to Dayton, Ohio where they both passed. They're now laid to rest in the Hazelgreen, Ky. Cemetary.

Henry Clay Gillispie's father (my great-grandfather) was Christopher Columbus Gillespie (note name spelling change here) born in Va.in 1856. Christopher Columbus Gillespie married Mary Belle Nickell. I would love to see a photo of them :)

Christopher Columbus Gillespie's father was John C. Gillispie. (note the name spelling again went back to Gillispie)
That's as far as I've got and I'm totally stuck?????

If anyone has any information or connections I would appreciate and welcome any help, information and advice.
