Looking for Gilson from Chicago,Ilinois

Trying to locate The Gilson family relatives or any information for the Gilson family from that area. My grandmother, who we called "Ma," had several children born in Chicago, Illinois from 1901 through around 1915. Their names were Charles Franklin Gilson (my father) who married Agnes Lucille Ketzer, my uncles Howard and George Gilson, and my aunts Anne and Grace Gilson. Anne I think was born before my dad in 1901 and married Frank Sinneni of Chicago, Illinois. Grace was the youngest and married a man named Charles (who I think was of Polish descent. The entire Gilson family except Anne, moved from Chicago in 1942 to California. I would appreciate any information about the Gilsons of Chicago. Perhaps there are people that know the links between the Gilsons, Ketzers, and Sinnenis. Also, this might help, the Gilsons were tall in height and thin. Most of the family were 6 feet or taller. Charles and Howard worked for the Yellow and Checker Cab Companies, and my dad was called "Charlie," and enlisted in the Army when he was 17. But he was discharged early because of his age. Look for any information you can provide. Also, my great grandmother, whose name I do not know lived near us and had a dog called "Mary" who used to fight cats and win. We also lived at 2111 North Halstead, and used to attend the Biograph Theater. This era was around 1939 to 1942. Our landlord's last name at N. Halstead was Karkowski. Thanks for any information.
