Researching family of Roqua Olive Gilstrap b. 1902 in Indiana.
Roqua's parents were Robert Garfield Gilstrap b. 1880 - d. 1960 in Indiana and Almeda "Meda" Criswell b. 1880.
I have Robert's parents as Aaron Gilstrap and Sarah E Hall.
Is anyone else related to this family? There's been speculation that Roqua is somehow related to three different Indian tribes (Cherokee being one of them) but I have yet to receive confirmation.
