I'm looking for information about the ancestors of Robert Given b. 1828 Castlereagh, Northern Ireland.
His parents may have been John Given and Anne Foster and a brother Charles b. 1830.
The information that I have is that Robert was married to a Eleanor Porter -- her parents were John Porter of Gilbertstown, Donegal and Ellen McKee, daughter of James McKee of Inver, Donegal and Nellie Marrow. Robert and Eleanor had three children: Elizabeth Given b. 8/1844, John Porter (Peter?) Given b. 7/1845, and Robert Given b. 2/1847 in Darney, Co. Donegal.
