GLICA-Stanley Glica of 203 Lindsay Place, North Tonawanda, died Tuesday (Oct. 6, 1964) in North Town Nursing Home, after a long illness. He was born in Poland and had resided in North Tonawanda for more than 50 years. He was a retires employee of the North Tonawanda Water Department and was a member of Kosciuszko Society 765 and the Holy Name Society of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church. He was the husband of the late Caroline (nee Wiech) Glica, who died in 1958, and is survived by two sons, Matthew of Everett, Wash., and Floyd of McCloud, Calif.; three daughters, Sister Mary Emmeline of Michigan, Sister Mary Conrad of North Evans, both of Franciscan Sisters of St. Joseph, and Mrs. Frank (Frances) Pachla of North Tonawanda; eight grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Magdalene Krzyzek of Pawtucket, R.I. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Skomski Funeral Home, 549 Oliver St., North Tonawanda, and at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church. The Rev. Vincent L. Cyman will officiate. Burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Recitation of the Rosary Thursday at 9 p.m. The family will be present from 2 to 4 and 7 to 10 p.m.
