According to Carol Glover-Garofolo (granddaughter of George Saban), it was told to her by her father that John Washington committed suicide by hanging in a barn after the Civil War, resulting from his experience with the Civil War.

Notes for B. A. CANNON:
According to (http://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/tn/fayette/cemetery/per...) a site that has transcripts of Fayette County, Tennessee Cemeteries:

CANNON, B.A. OCTOBER 29, 1886 -- SEPTEMBER 9, 1890 DAU OF D.L. & M.B. CANNON
Now, I have Mary Elizabeth (Glover) Cannon where as on the headstone it says M.B. not sure where the B comes in OR if the one who transcribe it mistook the E for a B (as it is sometimes hard to see clearly on older tombstone. I will look up the headstone next time I am in Tennessee. There is a Mary E (Elizabeth?) Cannon which does not fit in my line:
CANNON, MARY E. FEBRAURY 21, 1905 -- MAY 15, 1905
There is, though, a David L. Cannon that does fit (except the birth date):
CANNON, DAVID L. FEBRUARY 4, 1905 -- OCTOBER 26, 1934 M/ MARY GLOVER
The questions are plenty here but I will hopefully find the answers soon.

ED GLOVER SHOT DURING QUARREL MONDAY NIGHT
Horace McNabb Claims He Was Threatened By Other Man
A quarrel which arose at the supper table in the home of Edward Glover, in the Yum Yum community, Monday evening led to his death a short time later at the hands of Horace McNabb, who had lived with the Glovers about five years.
McNabb who surrendered to Sheriff E. J. Guy a short time after Glover died from a blast fro a shotgun, claims that he shot the other man in self defense.
Details garnered by the sheriff in his investigation showed that in the course of a quarrel at the table, Glover ordered the older man (McNabb is about 60) to leave his home. McNabb says as he was packing to get out, Glover came toward him with an axe handle in his hand and that he shot to save himself. The top of Glover's head was blown off by the blast.
The tragedy occurred about 9 o'clock Monday night, and McNabb was placed in the county jail a short time later to await a hearing.
Funeral services for Mr. Glover were held at 2:30 Wednesday afternoon at the residence, with the Rev. T. N. Hale officiating. Masonic services were held at the grave in the Somerville Cemetery.

DIVE OFF BRIDGE PROVES FATAL TO DAVID RAY GLOVER
Probably Stunned When Head Hit Sand Bar In SHallow Water, Physician (unreadable)
A dive from a bridge railing into Wolf River at Moscow proved fatal to David Ray Glover, 18 year-old Somerville youth, at 1 o'clock Monday afternoon. He was swimming at a spot which had been a favorite for many years.
Dr. John W. Morris, Somerville physician, said young Glover apparently was stunned when his head hit a sand bar in the shallow water and drowned before regaining consciousness. Others who frequently swim there said they were careful to clear the sand bar when diving. Deep water lies beyond the bar, they said.
The body was recovered 30 minutes later by volunteer divers summoned by Robert Cox, 17, of Somerville, who was with the victim but did not go swimming. The body was found in water 10 feet deep. The victim was said to have been an excellent swimmer.
