Classification: Query
Surnames: GOTCHER, GOCHER, GOACHER, GOATCHER
I am currently trying out new software on the GOTCHER and Allied Families Homepage http://www.gotcher-family.net/phpGedView/index.php?command=g... which is geared towards doing collaboration specifically on problem records.
I do not see this as a replacement for these wonderful forums. Rather it is targeted to cousins who have specific research data which can be used to problem solve. Hopefully this tool will allow us to build as accurate a database as possible.
The first "problem record" I have posted is James M. GOTCHER (b. abt. 1832) who is either the son of William GOTCHER and Mary (Ann) Box or James D GOTCHER and Jemima (??). Or it is two separate individuals?
Take a look at it: http://gotcher-family.net/phpBB/index.php
You can correspond with the administrator to give feedback. Thanks in advance.
