Trying to trace any relatives of Edward George Godfrey born in about 1897 in Devon and then emmigrated to Montreal Canada in March 1924. He married May Newby from England in York Toronto Canada on 21st April 1924. They then crossed to USA (possibly Boston) not long after. Edward had a son, Albert Frederick William Godfrey born in about 1920. Believe Edward may have applied for US Citizenship on 2nd October 1939 in New York.
