Silas Goins born 1889 we Luda Bell Jenkins in 1919.
Family story is that in Dickison Tn the Goins owened a store & Indian's traded there. Story also is that the family is part Indian. The Indian's do have Goins on the Roll. Goins are part of the MELUNGEONS. Has any one found this Silas Goins on the branches of their tree.
