I am looking for ancestors of Abraham Gooding and his wife Nancy Rogers. This Abraham Gooding was born December 1, 1794 in Sevier County, Tennessee but raised in Kentucky. He married Nancy Rogers in 1817. She was from Wayne County, Kentucky. Abraham's father's name was Richard Gooding; his mother's name was Ann or Elizabeth Alexander. Abraham had brothers named Joseph and Isaac. They moved to Randolph County Missouri in 1818 or so. There is an extensive biography about these Goodings of Missouri living in Macon and Randolph Counties, Missouri in the "History of Macon County" found in the Moberly, Missouri library. Does any one recognize any of these names or places? Any information would be appreciated.
