My sister just told me that she received a spoon from a great aunt and uncle from Utica years ago. She can't remember the names,she is searching for an old phone and address book; but she said they were from a place that had the name Red something. Also, my brother sent away for a family crest which said we came from Germany. It has an anchor on a white background with a sicle quarter moon and three stars. It also has a knight's shield. Does that sound familiar? I am so excited by this discovery. Can you tell me why you are doing the Geneology?
