Has anyone ever heard of Steve and Anne Gorski who have a daughter Susan?

I found a Christmas card written to my Grandmother from Cousin Anne Gorski and no one in the family seems to know who that is. The card is a picture of a baby named Susan and says from "Steve, Anne & Susan Gorski." I'm guessing the card was sent in the early 1960's.

Any help in finding this family would be appreciated!
