Nancy Gott shown in 1850 TN census, Marion Co., in household of Jane Gott. Also in household is an Elizabeth Freeman. 1860 AR census for Newton Co., shows Nancy in household of a McPherson family, wife, Elizabeth. I believe that the two Elizabeths and the two Nancys are the same. Can't trace Elizabeth, believe she is my great-grandmother. Trying to trace her through Nancy Gott. Anyone know any Gotts from Marion Co. TN or the Ozarks of AR?
